Modeled girl, dead cat (if you can find it) and candles in zbrush, the rest in Max. Post production in photoshop, just adjusting levels and adding noise. Was going for creepy, think it turned out alright.

Nearly forgot to add, my friend, Roman Guk, donated the knife which she's hiding behind her back and the voodoo doll she's carrying.
