Today I decided to start concepting clothes for my character, the fierce Death prophet.
Although I'm pretty pleased already I'm going to make some more sketches soon (never stick with your first idea they've always said to me ).
looks fantastic. only thing i would suggest is to maybe to do something with the hair spikes since she's giving off a wicked statue of liberty vibe right now.
yeah, i cant think of any way to change it without ruining the idea completely so screw it.
she can have a statue of liberty set. it gets my approval :P
tried to put it in the dota spectator client but it I always got the error "can't find any bones" , tried with smd files and those were (when imported) rotated wrong in 3ds max... so I'll just keep doing some texturing work :P
note that there aren't any opacity maps in it due some viewport issues in max

Just some crits, all those details on her clothe, they might not be read so good in game, regarding the in game texture sizes. And also, will you rig that hair and animate it? Or will it work with her existing animations and rig?
Anywhom, I also have the problems with importing, that the bones cant be found. Just wondering if you have found a solution. please post how if you have found a solution! Thanks in advance.
I didn't actually think i would get to finish this in time, so I didn't care about the fact that wouldn't work. I haven't found out how to import it but some fellow student did so I'll maybe post it if I find the time to finish it, I'm so busy I could die !

It really wasn't meant to look like the statue of liberty.

Gave the feathers a thickness because Dota doesnt support doublesided materials.
