I've been working a small video series that examines my 2.5D tiling texture workflow from zbrush to photoshop, and thought I'd share it here with the community. It's targeted for beginners and students as it was meant to supplement a class I'm teaching, but there's some intermediate tips throughout too. It covers canvas controls, layout tips, materials, basic rendering and a photoshop demonstration. Hope you enjoy!

Was just starting on some stone wall textures,so perfect timing
what pleasantly surprised me was that unlike many other videos yours explain everything really clearly so even people who lack some basics like me have no problem with following the process. and i don't mean just explaining what to do, you also took time to say why something should be done in a certain way.
there's one issue i encountered though. when i use free rotation on a brick and later try to move it, brick's rotation switches back to the one it had when i dropped it on canvas. any ideas on what causes it?
