Gameplay Footage

Hi polycount,
While my passion is video game art, my current dayjob is as 3D artist for a post-production house. We mainly do commercials and the occasional corporate video. Anyways, we are planning out an upcoming commercial for Mediacom Cable (a Iowa based cable co.). During the commercial, there will be a 6-8 sec section where we need to have some gameplay footage on a background TV.
I was curious if anyone around here would allow us to use 6-8 seconds of a trailer from a game you are/have worked on (you have to have the rights to distribute the trailer). It can be any type of game, it can be AAA, indie, any genre (as long as it's not overly violent).
