Here's my current step moving forward. I've added the Shovel, more as a prop, but still makes the zombie more than average. Establishing a thought process. Then added the vines weaving with in the pumpkin and human remains.
I plan on giving him one shoe, so that it seems it must of rotten off or pushed off by Skinner of vines.
I plan on adding some type of claws, I thought of making the finger bones seemed worn down to the bone.
Here's another progression added teeth, shorted the arms smooths and flatten folds in pants. Added the right foot, I am still going to make a shoe for the other foot.
Looks great! I love the pumpkin sinews infecting the body. My only suggestion would be to consider how the legs/flesh/bone affect the form and look of the pants. Try not to get too 'lumpy' and think more 'foldy'.....if that makes any sense!
Ive baked thelast normals and started cleaning up the few render artifacts, im very pleased. Ill show the. Lowpoly and uv with its cgrfx materials. Ive got the whole zombie and shovel. Im proud of this model, due to how well the textures have transfered.
I used Maya with an envolope of 0.4 and the mesh. I just have to do a basic rig, and should be able to post it.
Thabks Stiffler for the suggestion, by the time you had posted, i had already begin to bake the textures. I feel there isnt much time to backtrack, but i did see you're point. Next time, :-)
mixed a few different materials from a displacement, to add my color, and made a few passes, Blocked out most of the important parts. Just of a matter of continuing the process texturing processing.
Ah this is cool man, I had a similar idea with the pumpkin stalks running through the zombies body and stuff. Interested to see the final presentation.

oh wait, Nov 30, LOL YAY! That's awesome. SO here's the base Lowpoly Model. Three point light system setup, with Normal and diffuse.
I baked out the materials of a Displacement map made and baked with in Maya, also the normals.
