Maya 2013 DX11 Reflection Cube map issue help.....

I load in images, cubemaps, spheremaps, any map and it just looks white/grey. Anyone know what the special thing is I'm suppose to do to get it to work?
Using the ubershader btw.

May seem obvious, but have you changed the rendering mode in the preferances from OpenGL to DirectX? You need to restart Maya after changing this.

You know it just turned out to require dds files.. which also seems obvious now...
