Cool approach! I think you can take the face mask a have it cover up little little more of the lower jaw so it doesn't look like it's there to protect a non-existing nose ^^. Also I think you can push the cloak a bit more in the direction of the rest of your overall design, so that it doesn't look like just a retexture of the standart one. Good luck man, this is a solid concept that I think if you push it a bit more can be a great one!
I don't think a mask is what he should get maybe stylish new helmet, if your going towards red try these together.
