Today I was able to make a basic sketch of the weapon, I'm just now finishing up my concept on the armor and helmet so I hope to have those pictures up soon.

I made the basic shape of the helmet today. I'm trying to figure out how to get the feathers to work. I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to have a texture on both sides of a plane in Blender, but to no avail. If anyone has some advice in that realm I would love it if it were shared.
Valve said the game does not support double sided geometry
I figured this out, I was confused because phantom assassin's cape appears double-sided. However with closer inspection it's actually the same mesh twice and rendering normals on different sides.
