[Dota 2] - Pudge - Frostbitten Butcher
So my concept just got thought up, and it is frostbitten pudge. Essentially since he is a dead butcher I am going off the fact that he could have died in a freezer, so his hook and cleaver etc will be ice covered, frosted and damaged.
