Newbie Learning Challenge, GO!

I'm still pretty noob when it comes to creating a 3D character through the whole pipeline, so let's see what happens.

With a theme of 'High Fantasy', I decided to make a Harpy Sorceress. Using a traditional harpy as a model, meaning her arms are her wings so she'll wield her staff with her feet.

Nooooooo overtime! Well it's unfinished, but have my in progress sketch. It's a dropbox file so it'll update as I work on it at least. Additionally, that's going to be a staff she's holding, not a branch to perch on. I thought it would be interesting, since her arms are wings, to make her wield her staff with her claws.
