Honestly I think that starting from a solid, well defined background...a lore is the best starting point when someone starts doing concept art (in this case, a Dota 2 set). So let's start with it!
I sit on my desk and I try to feel like Gondar. And I think: What about if they hire me, I do my job with success (as always, of course!!) and they don't pay me?
I'll start, as usual, with a plan. Creating carefuly the gears of my Payday, sharpening the weapons of my justice and sewing the leather of my revenge.
I'll put their name big, on my black list.
I'll find them.
And then, when they think they are safe, out of danger, I'll appear from shadows just giving them the chance to see the face of death approaching, fast, silently... deadly.
Taking their heads as a trophy? No, sir. Having some maggots heads are nothing but a trophy, nothing to be proud of it. Let the rats eat anything left of them.
Now, let's do some concepts!

We are changing the name of the set to Payback. Fits better with the lore
