Apeirogon Entertainment is a brand new indie game company located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are currently in the early prototyping stage of our first project JetForce - a Sci-Fi first person shooter with a twist; every player has a constant flight jet pack ala The Rocketeer or Dark Void.

At this point in time we're looking for an environment artist who would be willing to volunteer some of their free time towards creating some environment prop models for the game. This job is on a Volunteer basis with possibility for Royalties after passing the probation period. If interested please contact info[AT]torquemod.com

At the behest of my concept artist, I'm posting our "agreement" that we're signing with all of the team members.     Be carfull with that Game Name. There was a Game by RARE Called "Jet Force Gemini" on N64.
    The rights to that should have Microsoft or Nintendo by now and they dont fuck around. Remember Mojangs Scrolls VS. The Elder Scrolls... you would be safer to pick another name.

    Yes we are aware of Jet Force Gemini. Its something we thought about before moving forward, but eventually decided that we're using it differently and the games are completely different. Its also hard to copyright generic words like "Jet" and "Force". Perfect example, "Urban Chaos" by Eidos and Mucky foot and "Urban Chaos: Riot Response by Eidos and Rocksteady. Oddly enough they're both the same publisher but completely different games. Also take a look at http://www.gamesradar.com/same-name-completely-different-game/

    We'll worry about that hurdle IF we come to it but thanks for the heads up.
