I've been working on paring down my Youtube subscription feed to mostly channels by artists showing their workflows, and I noticed there isn't a thread dedicated to it here. Please all recommendations welcome!
Vadim Bakhlychev, aka slipgatecentral, has a Vimeo channel (not youtube, sorry!) with some really inspirational and useful tutorials/workflow vids - some are getting kinda old, but his Dominance War 'making of' video is what made me really start taking game art seriously
All of these are sweet, and there is nothing I can add to the list.
However (surprise rant /sarcasm) I must say some of these channels are extremely unorganized and really just packed badly. They lack Playlists, they upload all kinds of content (random snippets of meme's, songs, etc) and sometimes create Podcasts which are of the personal nature which I'm not fond of.
I wish more of them peeps would do what Dr-Squatzenmilk did, which is upload content that keeps in theme of Graphics, and create playlist for each series. I'm not fond of the Playing Game list since again, it's a little bit of the personal nature, but at least it's organized and not spammed.
That is a lot of channels I didn't know about, this thread is awesome.
Edit: I posted a link to a channel of really bad but funny 3d stuff. Unfortunately it looks like most of the funny stuff was removed, so no point in linking it.

Loving this guy!
FZDschool and Cesar Decol Jr both have a lot of great insights. A good one similar to FZD school is IDrawGirls.
I also highly recommend CtrlPainter's photoshop painting fundamentals and ProkoTV's series on drawing the human head. (links in original post)
