Smoothing groups? Turn off specularity so we can see the mesh clearly. Maybe on the export they've been messed up? Post more details, a wireframe, how it looks in your app (and what app you're using) etc.
I get this shading errors when I have some n-gons, but I have also read that can also happen when your UVs are screwed up. Which format do you use ? FBX/OBJ ? Have you tried to test both ?

As you can see, in Maya it looks right, but as soon as I put it in Marmoset, some polyons get *** up.
Deleting the UVs did the trick! Many thanks!!
