Your model is basically fullbright, no shading, no cast shadows, no ao, no specular highlights.
You painted too much shadow information into the diffuse and what you did paint doesn't make much sense, why are the top of the stones at the base dark, but the sides are bright? It looks like your normal map is also inverted, but given the non-existent lighting and the odd painted shadows its hard to tell.
You didn't include the lava? Was that not required? It was pretty much the defining feature of this object and would have improved it a lot to include it.
