looking for modellers/texturers for a nfs type game

I'm starting up a new project with the cryengine, so it will be free to play.
I'm planning to make an open world racing game like need for speed. As a programmer I endeavour to include great graphics like the recent nfs games, yet the awesome customization of need for speed underground 2.
