Is there anyway to export a BSP brush/brushes as a mesh? I blocked out a level and i wanted to make a static mesh for support beams, but i want to match the shape perfectly
I don't have UDK in front of me right now, but there should be an export option in the file menu that allows you to export the whole level or only selected objects as an FBX.

save as an STL file and import that into your 3d program
This will create a static mesh in your content browser which you can then export as an FBX file.
