Hydroengine company is out of business, how do I get a license?

I was hoping to use HydroEngine for a project, but it seems the company that made it has gone out of business. Ive tried contacting them using every form of contact the had posted on thier website (when it was still up), and im at a loss. The intended project would benefit greatly from the water effects i saw in hydroengine, and i really dont see it happening if i cant get the engine or find something else with really good water physics.
I guess Im asking if anyone knows how to contact this company/ how to get this game engine/ if anyone knows a good alternative.

You would probably be better off implementing something like this directly in whatever engine you are using. It looks like a pretty simple height based fluid sim which could be done with rendertargets and pixel shaders using hdr textures to store the fluid data and obstacle height.
