Video Card display problems after re-seating heatsink

My apologies if we're not supposed to be asking hardware questions in this thread, but I figured someone might know what's going on with my displays.

I just re-seated the heatsink on my Nvidia 9800GT video card. I'm now having a problem with one of the DVI ports on the card. Both of my monitors are recognized in the Nvidia control panel, but whichever monitor I have hooked up to the faulty port isn't turning on. Both worked fine before I did this.

    Well I would immediately take the heat sink off and check to make sure no thermal paste got in anywhere it isn't suppose to, check the board for cracks/burn marks, and check to make sure none of the capacitors got broken/blown/damaged.

    Depending on what else you did as well check the motherboard as well for these things, and also reseating the ram might not be a bad idea.
