I'm having some trouble unwrapping this room.

I am in the process of developing a mobile game with a group of guys. I have some experience with environment objects (props), but not entire environments, like buildings and such.

Here is the first scene I'm doing for this project.

Do I want to have the mesh divided into (more or less) equal parts? A couple of the walls look like this: wall 1, wall 2 (ignore the n-gon -- it will be triangulated). I'm pretty sure I should change the topology to remove those thin tris, but I'm not sure how I would do it efficiently as possible.

Another problem I'm having is unwrapping the overhang on the far wall and the inset areas of the right wall. I'm fairly new to modeling major environment structures (I've done some props though) and I've just hit a wall tonight.

(desks, bins, consoles, pipes, etc. are separate objects and I won't have trouble with those.)
