Udk Scenes! I can has Feedback?

A project that is snailing it's way into my portfolio. all three scenes were completed in about four weeks collectively. the last of the three (fountain of tears) took two days from 0 to 100% which very much surprised me.

I would love to get some feedback on textures, lighting, things i could add and stuff like that. Thank you for any help!

The lighting is the first thing that jumps out at me. It looks extremely flat with those simple white lights you used everywhere.
