Anyone working / worked at SOE america?

This may be a little odd of a question, but I've always loved SOE games (especially eq2), and so for years, I've been just waiting for those job postings to show up so I can apply, but I never seem to see ANY artist jobs, nevermind animators. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about that? If maybe they post somewhere besides the SOE site, or if they do it all internally? I know I've seen someone on here before say they were hiring when there was a bunch of layoffs elsewhere.
