Question about viewport shaders

I've been looking at other peoples use of the viewport shaders, like 3point shader or Xoliul's and I noticed there are no jaggies, I dont mean from the maps but from the actual geometry. Do people render out using these shaders or is there some secret to getting better anti aliasing in the viewport of max that I don't know of?

I really apologize for my ignorance and thanks for any help.
