Hey guys i am busy baking the Normals for this object but i get this issue when i bake it:
Low Poly (Texture Map is at 8K)
And here is the High Poly model:
Is there a way to sort this? there is an identical screw on the other side of the model and it baked PERFECTLY just this side wont come out right, and i cant mirror it because on the other side the screw has 2 holes in it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you using a cage? If so, make sure that the faces of the cage right there aren't warped. If they warp, it affects your bake. You could try baking with the cage off as well.
@gsokol: yes i am using a cage, but how do i check if the faces of the cage are not warped? what i do is export the cage so i have an identical copy of my Low poly and just use the push modifier to expand it... dont know if that is relevant...
