Marmoset Questions

Hey guys, I have two questions.
When I render out single images in Marmoset they come out with the chosen background color that I selected in the View tab. But when I go to do a 360 render with X amount of frames it only does it in black. I've looked all through the settings and don't see any other place where I can change the background color.
My second question is how can I set the output renders to certain sizes (like 720x480) ? When I bring them over into Premier they are WAY too huge. I'm sure there is a setting somewhere I just missed for this one.
