Beautiful Grotesque sculpt

There was some sort of 3d challenge to sculpt "Beautiful Grotesque Creatures" over at the CG Hub, so i gave it a shot.
In between 9 or 10 other projects, I did this in 2 days, chewing nicotine gum, drinking tea, and not hardly sleeping.

Rendered in ZBrush, different layers, compiled in photoshop.

ps. I am not in any way a deviant, but I am a fan of Tzimisce body warps.

Nice work man! Some of the tension in the hooked skin and the rope is not believable. And seriously ease up on that grain. Any picture shot today by a camera doesn't have the type of grain that your image has. Film grain should probably be applied at a 5 to 15% opacity. When I look at the image it should be an after thought.

Other than that really interesting concept. Really nice work!

If i did, only in the subconscious, I don't remember seeing it.

Damn that's some twisted stuff, which means great job, although the skin looks a bit plastic to me, perhaps because the stretched out bits aren't very translucent. At least that's what I imagine they would be.

If I were to comment on anything I would agree with the comment above about the skin, and the weighting of the hooks aren't selling if for me. Something about the direction of the hooks aren't complementing to the flesh flaps.... Oh god I said flesh flap this early.
