im not an anatomy expert, but here are a few things that just jump out at me. . . ill start from the feet up.

the bones in her ankles, i think they're the fibula and tibia, are huge. relative to her skinny figure and legs, they square out her foot.

her shins, right below her knee could use a little rounding out. if you lift your toes into the air and flex ur shin, ull see that muscle bulge. . . in your sculpt it seems nonexistent. some chicks have shins like that, but ur concept girl does have some form there.

give her hams a little more shape. . . she's petite, but i haven't seen very many girls who have flat hams with a right angle into her butt.

her hips are too wide if they're going to be that high into her torso. try to shape it more like the top of an ellipse.

you might be able to slim her ribcage up some, it seems really broad to me compared to the concept. also, where it meets at the sternum doesn't look right. all of it looks overly pronounced, but that could be the matcap too.

her triceps and biceps look deflated and collapsed. her back and shoulders need some love, they're flat as a board.

Looking at the overall proportions, it almost looks like you sculpted or reshaped a MALE figure in an attempt to make it female...
