When I rendered in 3DS Max , I could render with really high resolution I want , without depending on my window resolution
But in Zbrush , I have some problem , although I double my document , the resolution still not change ...

here is my result , it was not smooth , and had some ( I dont know how to call it ) .......like dot dot dot .....in the border.

If you didn't want to use passes then you'll have to just set the document bg to white and render / export that.
and the experience of you Cryid , that's great for me , thanks
