Hey all,
I am honoured to say that I was a speaker at GDC Europe this year with my talk :"How breakdancing taught me to be a technical artist"
Overview:
Technical art seen from a different point of view. While Robbert-Jan Brems only has one year experience in the industry as a professional technical artist, he has been breakdancing for 9 years. In this session, he will be talking about how personal experiences in breakdance have influenced his day-to-day approach of solving tech art problems on the job. Hopefully this will show another perspective of technical art and inspire attendees to look for knowledge in places they never thought to look.
I am afraid you will need a GDC Vault account to be able to see it

I was hoping if you guys could give me some constructive feedback so I can make my future talks better
Cheers,
Robb

Are there peoples interested in the slides?
I am quite sure I can not share the video.
Main Conference pass should have access to all the GDC Europe 2012 material. On the site is says this : GDC Vault subscription (provides metered access to recordings of sessions for select GDC 2012 events via GDC Vault)
I think you may be on to something here, Robbert-Jan...
Edit: I really want to see your talk now! haha But only if you pop and lockin as your talking

Good times!
cheap for how much you have to pay for a gdc pass haha
Nice stuff Robb! Hopefully they give you the go ahead to put the slides up
From what I can remember from your talk the information was more or less what I expected and the overall impression was OK-ish although the first part felt mostly like "this is how my life went". I'd have to re-watch the thing to give you more specific feedback though.
and only volunteers, staff and all access or VIP passes have access to the GDC vault so cptSwing I don't think your main conference pass gives access or you should have received an e-mail by now with a password.
