Hello there,
Deceptive Studios is a small indie development team that creates 2D games for Android mobile devices, 3D games for Windows, websites and Windows applications. We are currently looking for a 2D sprite creator and 2D background artist for a simple 2D side scrolling beat-em-up.
Game Details
Game: Old Coots
Genre: Side scrolling beat'em up
Platform: Android
Engine: DGE (2D sprite engine for Android)
The art style we are looking at is similar to 4th generation console graphics (SNES, Genesis) with a total of 5 basic enemies, 3 larger mini-boss enemies, a final boss enemy, a single child which will only run away and two player characters. The backgrounds will be repeating parallax images with objects and buildings making up the levels.
