Fantasy RPG: Need Character/Environment Artists [Payment Possible]

My name is Luke Wall, and I am the writer and composer for a new RPG project that is getting off the ground. The team currently consists of me, the producer, a concept artist, and one voice actor. We are currently working on creating a pre-production demonstration demo of the first level of the game, which is a dark forest. The game revolves around a goblin who has lost his memory of what he once was, and now he has been convinced that he is the hero who must save the world.
Currently we've yet to have any 3D models created, but we have quite a bit of character concept art. We really need a character artist to model and rig the main character so that our animator can start working on a promotional video for the kickstarter. Our secondary need is an environment artist. Concept skills (sketches, painting, etc.) are preferred, but not required. The environment has a lot of organic material, so we need someone that has experience modeling organically.
