Hello.
how's it going?
I've finally got round to publishing my work on a portfolio based site, i would appreciate your guys expertise, so feel free to view my site/work and critique it. My site is missing my traditional 2D art atm due to the fact it need to be scanned on a huge flatbed scanner!
There is also some misc 3D art to yet be uploaded but, the main projects are up, please have a look and tell me what you think

A quick impression on first sight:
-Homepage is okay, though I think it would be better if the image layout would be 3 rows of 2 images, instead of 2 row with 3 images. That would result in bigger images and a better filled screen (now it's just half the screen - in height).
-I like the WWII French cafe, but - just like the other lowpoly models - the model could use some cleaning up / optimized wireframe.
-You should consider re-texturing the P38, since the materials and colors don't match the original P38 (It's just white now - with a wooden grip), unless this was meant to ofcourse
-The Thunderbolt V Lancia Rally looks nice. I'm not sure if those car and plane models are your work, but in that case you should also show some wireframes and textures of those.
Hope this helps, and sorry for my bad English sometimes
I've changed the homepage so it has 2 images per row, the images are bigger now, although they slightly cut them with borders.
I might take a look at optimising the Cafe as long as it doesn't mean relaying and texturing. The P38 is supposed to be like that, i just thought the black version would be a slight waste of a diffuse map so i broke it up more with diff colour variations etc.
Yeh i will add some wires for my models with the a10 and lancia later on, thanks.
I would like to see more life drawings. 1 is just not enough for me. And is there a video for the jet and car scene? it looks like it from the pictures. I would like to view that as well.
Hope this helps
First thing is kill that Hello square... its hard to read and you already have it just above it.
in your Destroyed french cafe, you should model out some bricks and stick them along the damaged wall sections, and model out some roof tiles to get a better silhouette along the damaged areas. Refer to these two threads for what I'm talking about.

Not sure what your trying to show off in that A10 vs Lancia scene. The lighting, and scene compositions are really hurting your work. You should kill it and just do some renders of the a10 and rally car by them selves. you might want to think about re-texturing them too.
I'm getting a little confused on weather you want to do concept or Env stuff. You should be clear "This is what i want to do" and make most of your portfolio THAT, and then have one section of concept stuff and put it all in that.
With the Lancia thing, what could i do with the lighting to make it better? The reason behind not having the full video render of that project was a technical issue back at uni, basically i created majority of the work on uni machines with the grid turned off...not noticing that my scene was HUGE! when it came to rendering on my machine (diff maya version)...massive fail with error reports left right and center! So playblasts is all ive got.
It's hard to kill it as i spent so much time on it, but thats why i wanted outsider critics, because everyones in love with their own work!
As regard to my concept art and enviroment art, i must agree that i seem to be a 'jack of all trades' which i know isnt a good thing. I just wanted to show that i have ability to produce designs aswell as make them.
I also wanted to upload alot of projects so they are open for critiques and being cut from my site. Thanks everyone so far, i going to look into how i can improve so mf the projects when i am off
Added some design/concept work for that project, still working on an updated A10 texture also. Let me know
