Hey,
I have been working on a tutorial for Quixel's nDo2 lately and it just got featured! I hope this helps, and if anybody has any questions feel free to ask
Thanks for the kind words guys! I'm glad it helps!
I have one commercial code I will be giving away here, Post why you love nDo2 and what you will be using it for I will randomly select the winner (using google random number picker)
This is a really great tutorial aajohnny, Thanks for sharing it! When I was working on my Deus Ex environment a while back I was using the original nDo script to accomplish something similar. You did a kick ass job.
I love nDo's integration with so many parts of Photoshop (shapes, curves, painting, etc) as well as the controls available when generating other map types from the normals. The features of nDo 2 that I would use the most are map generation from photos, the preview, and adding additional normal details etc, that might otherwise take longer through traditional highpoly.
Did you use nDo2 at all on your overgrown city environment?

the how he modeled it out, is similar to a workflow 3d motive did a tut on.

Thanks, Passerby, I actually have that tut from a long time ago.

I certainly did, I actually used nDo2 for more of a texturing tool in the Overgrown City, it actually didn't use any Normal maps.
