Hey everyone, I've been working on this tank model and while making the lowpoly I quickly went through it and removed support edges and so on. I would select the edge loop and Ctrl+Backspce to remove it and it would work, most of the time.
As I finished I noticed the tri count was still a little high so I went through the smaller parts and found isolated verts from removed edges.
I ran xView to find them but I guess since they're attached by edges they don't count as isolated. I did some searching online and tried a script I found that didn't seem to do anything. I also tried another trick I found by using the turn To Poly modifier but it didn't remove the verts either.
Is there a script or work around to remove them quickly aside from hunting each one down and removing them one by one?

Should work.
Then again, when it comes to unwrapping I'll be looking in every little spot of the mesh, but if there was a way to make sure there aren't any isolated verts creating n-gons it would make making the lowpoly and unwrapping just that much easier.
