Zbrush detailing

Hi fellas. I started learning Zbrush recently and seem to be getting along ok despite the language barrier. I am at the point where I want to start adding details to my character but am a little lost now. Here are images of the kind of details I would like to add but I am not sure how to go about it. Can anyone give me any direction on this please?

I would suggest using a feature called "Spotlight" with Zadd.

I would reccomend going through all the vids in the link above, but the one relating to you question is the video title "Sculpt" near the end.

an alternative is using the "MatchMaker Brush"

projection master, with some alphas made in PS will do what you want.
