New heads for characters

You may have noticed I have had a few posts on here looking for people to create character models for me. Much of the armor work is done and I now need to have different head options for the players.
So this will be a straight forward process. I will give you a OBJ file of a male or female head and some screen shots of what I'm looking for. Then you model up a new head and draw on the face, hair, ears, etc.
The neck polygons must not be moved! Obviously if the heads are going to be interchangeable then the base of the neck must be exactly the same on each one.
