Landscape Normal Shadow

Hi all, using Moveable Point light to get stencil shadows, (shadow mode to normal , SQF set to High) Works perfect but not on areas that are close to Landscape. As in landscape surface is like 256 units behind the static wall mesh (walls) , when i move the light around it gives triangles on my walls, even though that same wall has perfect lighting in next area. These triangles dissapear when i bump lightmaps res of landscape to 8. Its taking ages to build light on this and i dont see the point of doing that when 60% of map is EPIC with 1 lightmap res for Landscape.

I am on Feb 2012 build and yes im having too many wierd issues like menus go black while working, it cant be GPU issue cause Oct 2011 was working fine.

Any opinion guys.

PS this is only happening with Normal shadow mode of point lights moveable. On modulate none, but i lose sharp Doom 3 style shadows :/
