Seeking Regular Texturer for Team Fortress 2 Items

Hello, and thanks for reading this post!

Now, to get the ball rolling--currently a friend and myself work on Team Fortress 2 items for both mods and for submission to the Team Fortress 2 workshop.

As it stands, between my partner and myself, we are able to cover all mesh work and all preparation of getting the models to function within the Source Engine. All we ask for is a texturer. Being able to UV meshes is not required, but preferred. When texturing items, we ask that textures follow the Team Fortress 2 art style. Here is a short tutorial you can read to get a feel for the Team Fortress 2 art style.

In addition to competence in the TF2 art style, many of the textures created will require work within the alpha channel. Bear in mind that the Source engine does not traditionally use the alpha channel to determine transparency, but instead uses the alpha channel to determine an items phong (shinyness) or paintability (applying custom RGB values to an existing texture). Normal mapping may be requested, but is not regularly used.

Finalized models will be submitted to mod websites such as GameBanana and will also be submitted to the Team Fortress 2 workshop as listed above. All mods submitted to Gamebanana will yield no profits or income of any sort, and are purely for free use. However, any submissions of items to the Team Fortress 2 workshop allow them to be potentially added into the game of Team Fortress 2 itself. If any item is added, 25% of all income from sales will be split among the contributors by Valve corporation. The splits are predetermined by percentages that are set among the contributors of the item when they are first added to the workshop. As the texturer, you will be entitled to a percentage of all workshop submissions which will be up for negotiation.

Here are a few examples of previous models. (All textures were outsourced, but meshes were made by my partner)
