UDK - Rocket Arena 3

I'm about to start the finals department and need to come up with environments and levels to create. Rocket Arena 3 was one of the first competitive games I played and I thought it would be fun to remake a level or two in UDK.

I wanted to get some thoughts on levels and see if anyone else played good ol' RA3?!

Also, is it a good idea to recreate something like that for your portfolio?

I think you will find the mojority of Polycounters will say original content is better.

I think it can be really helpfull for beginners to just do what they like.
