Rotate Canvas CS3

Hey all,
Photoshop question! I am using an Intuos 5 tablet with Photoshop CS3. Using the scroll wheel on my Intuos 4 in Photoshop CS4 allows me to rotate the canvas which is an extremely useful feature. However, with my current setup of Intuos 5/CS3, when I switch my scrool wheel function to "rotate" (the same as on my intuos 4), nothing happens in Photoshop. I am wondering if this is simply a feature CS3 does not support, or am I missing something? I know out the box my 4/CS4 worked without any settings, but perhaps there is a hidden function in CS3/Intuos 5?
