Hi guys. Getting used to marmoset toolbag and i don't understand why my normal map is getting skrewed up every time? I'm using xnormal for highpoly-lowpoly baking. In other render engines it looks ok.

The first thing I would try is going to the view tab and checking "Invert Y" and hitting apply.
Marmoset use X+Y+Z+ for its normal maps and applications like Max use X+Y-Z+, so it could be a simple fix

tried, no result. Also tried to bake map with y-:(
yep, looks like i need 3dmax for normal baking. I'll try it later
You shouldn't need to change software to get this to work. What are you using now? Blender? I don't know the Blender term for reset xform(Max)/freeze transformations(Maya) but there must be something equivalent to those functions. Try that and triangulate before exporting to xnormals, that seemed to help in that other case at least.
xNormal/Blender are a very close match to Marmoset in regards to tangent space, so I am pretty sure that is not the issue.
Do you have any duplicated verts. in the mesh?
Can you post the mesh and textures?
If you're using mirrored UVs, you need to offset the mirrored section. I remember getting similar results before doing that. Just offset -1, and export as fbx.
