Windows - Mouse/Wacom - Not working after replug

Hey to all the handsome peeps of PC,
Here's a quicky, I'm having issues on my Laptop where if I stick in my Mouse and Wacom tablet at the same time, they work fine. However, if I unplug both of them, one after the other, and replug them (doesn't matter which order in both cases) they stop working.
On the other hand, plugging only one at a time (mouse only or tablet only) they will work fine after a unplug and replug.
Both of them are USB devices, and the only way to fix it is to restart my PC.
The only issues I could find about said problem is something called Code38, basically memory issues with these devices, but nothing about a Wacom/Mouse conflict related from this point on.
