Max exporting multiple uv coords per vertex

I cannot figure out why its doing this. I only have one channel and it just seems completely impossible
Is this an engine problem or a problem on my end?

What exporter and what format? Do you know what the extra UVs are set to?

Exporting from max12 to FBX2012 and also tried 2006.
I dont know how I even managed to create extra uvs, is there any way to merge all duplicates? The model works and looks fine but the export says otherwise.

It turns out my friends mobile engine was not prepared to handle two adjacent faces being "broken" in the uv space thus creating two seam vertices.
All is good now.
