It's coming along nicely but the suggestions above would make a massive improvement. I'd also like to point out that the hood is too large for the head. Currently it reads as if its floating. I would also maybe add a shoulder pad on one shoulder to add some additional interest into the silhouette.
I've done a quick paint over in paint with a laptop touch pad which nearlly broke me. Hope it helps.

maby its something with your DOF settings. or you could try to add just a little sharpen.
and also get rid of the white plane.
shes not even standing on it, so there is no point in adding that in.
gues its too late for the contest now, but do yourself a favor and adjust your render settings so this doesnt look like an upscaled PS2 screenshot, but more like next gen.
