Strange thing with imported textures

Im noob in UDK, so i dont know what to do and google didnt give me an answer, so im here.
The problem can clearly be seen in the screenshot, so what do i need to do to fix this?
Any help is appreciated.

i didnt change anything, everything set to default settings. I tried to switch some thing, but it didnt help at all. I tried to change file format and still nothing.

The crazy rainbow pattern usually means your exporting something that's been set to 32 bits in your editing program.
Make sure you have it set to 8bits, or just use .tga since you cant export anything else but 8bit with it.
