Texture is blurred in shadow? Hulp.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

I think the problem is with the staticmesh, but I haven't been able to pinpoint it yet. Thus I'm asking you people. The snow mesh is just a regular staticmesh and the material works just fine until I build the lights. After that the shadowy area gets kinda blurred. I've tried looking trough mipmaps and lightmaps.( The material also works on other meshes just fine, which led me to the conclusion that the material itself works just fine.)

The light is just udk basic dominantdirectional light. No special settings there.

Also: Has anyone else had a problem when working with modular house pieces? The shadows sometimes get blurred altough the meshes are exactly the same and they are positioned side by side. ( So they are facing the same direction and all that jazz.) Also sometimes it looks like the shadows are "bleeding" from the sides so that the meshes get a dark outline.

Anyone? Any guesses or thoughts?
