Maya Image Plane Error?

So I got a nice little model sheet and tried to import it into Maya by using View -> Image Plane -> Import Image, which is what I always do. But for some reason it turned out an empty yellow box, like this.
Other images DID work, it's just this one. So I sent it to my friend who also uses maya, and he could import it just fine. If anyone could help me with this, I'd be grateful. Here's the reference image if anyone needs to try it.

Worked for me as well. Do you get an error in the script editor?

All that was said was "Cannot load Ratchet.jpg"

You could try re-saving the image as a new one. Some jpeg writers/readers do things a little bit differently and can lead to problems, so I'd suggest using different software or options when doing so.

Is the file saved on a networked drive or somewhere with some user permission restrictions?

Ehm I got it off of deviantart.
I tried resaving and renaming, still no luck >.<

edit: Why am I so stupid? I fixed it. I just print-screened it and cropped it into a new picture... Doh, Can't believe I didn't think of that earlier.
