These guys tell no lies; The thigh is too long and skinny, the fore leg is too short and skinny (the knees are little far down.) The knees also need to be defined.
The back arm is short and skinny, the fore arm is long and skinny, the elbows need to be adjusted and detailed.
The back is too manly, the chest is manly as well (with big boobs ofcourse.)
The hips need to be widen up a little and the belly part needs to be curved in a little.
For starters using the symmetry while sculpting is extremely helpful. Should you feel the need to pose her, you can pose her later on when you transfer that character to the low polygon model or if you can pose her as this high polygon while keeping the details intact, you can try. It wont be as appealing tho.

The reference that you require are:
Real Life Female Models, and Anatomy books.
Good luck.
Adjusted her proportions, but to me, she is approaching 'heroic' rather than 'realistic'
Nonetheless, I could use more eyes on it.
Not sure how to adjust the knees/calves, but gave that a touch as well.
