Trigger Touch in iOS Device

How can i activate a trigger touch using a touch?
For example, if there was a switch which opens a door, in a PC game, pressing "E" would activate the trigger and the matinee to open the door would play.
How can i achieve this using touch for a iOS mobile game?
Can this be done using kismet? I would prefer anything that would avoid coding...
