Nice start there. The ring would need more support imo. A strap over the shoulder or connecting to that shoulder clothing would be nice. Have you started the head at all?
The butt could use some refining on the sides, bring it in a little I think.
She's a pretty scrawny looking. If you're using the likes of Triss Merriweather as a reference I'm guessing that's not what you're going for. I'd take a step back and work up the anatomy before you get too stuck into the clothing.
Your clothing design has some interesting things going on. I would give her some pants myself. The huge expanses of exposed skin coupled with the armour seems a little silly.
I agree with Jackablade. Keep it up.
Out of interest, in your reference sheet; the bottom left image. What artist is that from? I really like it. I see White Buffalo, but I can't read the website under.
Thank you for your comments:)
I noticed the pants was making her look more skinny then she is. Still working on the clothes design and proportions, so I'll update with the head:
I LOVE where this is going. I love how thick her legs look with all her gear on. Very sexy but very capable of doing her job. Can't wait to see it all done!
Nice work so far. I think the mass on the outside of the thighs could be raised closer to her bum. This should help create a more feminine look on the lower half of the body. Also take another look at the transitions between the mids and the waist. It looks too smooth and curvy. If you look at reference their should be a circular bump from the hip to the waist, and a straighter line from the waist running up the ribs.

@sheckee: I really don't know, sorry. I found it by accident while searching about punk costumes.
A small update:
Hope you find some of that useful
@SCB: Yeah, when I finish blocking all the equipment I'll go back and tweak her shapes. Thank you!
Small update:
Still not finished, and I know, it needs a lot of tweaks.
